A: We recommend washing your t-shirts inside out in cold water. For hoodies and sweatshirts, dry cleaning is recommended. Always hang your garments to dry to preserve the fabric quality and keep the graphics sharp.
Q7: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: We offer a Partial COD option. Because every garment and shipment involves significant costs, this facility helps us avoid false orders and maintain fair pricing for our genuine customers.
Q8: Is the partial COD amount refundable?
A: No, the partial COD amount is non-refundable as it covers the operational and shipping costs incurred during processing.
Q9: What if I do not accept my COD parcel?
A: The parcel will be returned to our warehouse. Our team will contact you to understand the reason for the refusal. Please note that repeated refusals may affect your ability to use the COD facility for future purchases.
